Deposits and Appointment Security

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you can maintain your deposit for a future visit.
  • You may reschedule one time using your deposit; additional reschedules require a new deposit.

Arrival and Late Policy

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling.
  • Short delays may result in a shortened session to ensure other clients’ appointments stay on schedule.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% of the service price.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will be blocked from future bookings.
